| It used to take my legs about a week to recover from a long distance run (half marathon, or even a 10K). I just ran a 10 Miles last saturday morning wearing these insoles for the first time. Besides feeling stable and secure while running, I had no soreness whatsoever after the race. I LOVE this things, I'm 28 and have been wearing insoles for my flat feet since I can remember, spendig hundres looking for the perfect fit. Well I found it and I love it. They are a little pricey at the local shop, so after buying two pairs from them I opted for Amazon, you can't beat this price... |

| These insoles took the pain away from my feet due to Plantar Fascitis. They fit my shoes without having to modify them. Once these wear out I will definitely purchase them again. |

I have tried others products and when my local running store suggested the Pinnacle, I switched to check them out. A week later I ran a Half-Marathon race (2nd in age-group) with them in my running shoes. My feet problems did not surface either then nor during the sixty mile weeks subsequent to that. I weigh 167. I usually train in "Asics GEL-Kayano 14" and have high arches.
I am now back here to buy two additional pairs so that I can add them to my regular shoes. |

| I've been using Powerstep Insoles for many years. I first gave them a try when I was experiencing morning heel pain, and had been to the doctor and was looking at much more expensive treatments. These things have taken care of my foot problems. Worth every penny. |
Powersteps for problem feet

As a long time sufferer of fallen arches I've tried many insteps, from custom made to cheap drug store ones, none have worked as well as the Powerstep Pinnacles. I've been using them for something like 4 years now, maybe longer, after a foot Doc sold me a set after having him look into my foot pain issue. I tried a couple of the better drug store ones but found them no better then having none. They might be okay if you just want some cusion though.
I have worked up to the point where I have a set in each of about 5 pairs of footware, started with just one set but moving them from one pair to another proved to be too much hassle.
If you have sore arches to the point you can hardly walk, see the doc then try these out (if he suggests the $200 custom jobs, try these first). It took a month or so for the swelling to go down after starting to use these so give them a chance. Do keep in mind that your results will more then likely differ from mine, I just got lucky.
