| I've been wearing these for several years, at the advice of a podiatrist. I was suffering with plantar fasciitis off and on (mostly on!) and he suggested these inserts and gave me a pair. I was amazed that within just a couple of weeks my pain was gone. They feel a bit odd and somewhat hard at first...it took about 2 days to get used to the feel. I replace them about every year to year and a half. This time I bought 2 pair so I can put them in both the pairs of shoes I wear most often without having to switch back and forth. I really feel it in my feet (and back) if I spend too much time in shoes without them. They are definitely worth the money! |

| These inserts are a life-saver. I've had plantar fasciitis off and on for years, and I need some extra support for exercising. These inserts are perfect - they're easy to use, they fit my shoes, and they keep my feet from getting sore. They're great! |
