I'm a fan. On my second pair.

This is a great pair of shoes and I would highly recommend them. New Balance are the most comfortable shoes for me because of my wider foot (I get the regular (M) width though, not the extra (D) width). These shoes are no exception. I needed a pair of gym/running shoes (not marathon) and I found these. After 1 year with them, I needed a replacement as I am an avid gym goer with occasional outdoor runs. Comfortable, good support and substantial. Also, the back part of the shoe is low so it does not rub when wearing ankle socks.
The only thing I would warn is that there is mesh on the toes to make the shoe 'more breathable'. This is great except for when you step in a puddle or when it rains. This shoe is for indoors or sunny outdoors. |
Cold shoes

| These are the coldest shoes I have ever worn. They will have to keep until the summer time. The same mesh that makes them air conditioned allows the foot to slide around in the shoe. Not for someone who is looking for a firm gripping running shoe. I certainily would have wanted to know and understand more about the mesh before purchasing. Now I am on the alert for that mesh and understand why so many of them are on sale. |

| These shoes are wonderful! I got them in a half size larger than street shoes and the fit was great. Since I have a C-width, I ordered the wide width and they are so comfortable! I had shin splints from my old (Ryka) shoes, and they went away in a couple of days after wearing the NB shoes. They are also extremely light weight which helps in my treadmill workouts. I definitely recommend these to everyone! |
